Co-organised by Health In Action and Caritas Hong Kong, the project aims to encourage residents of subdivided flats to expand their living space with community resources through symbiotic community health approach, as well as to let residents know about how to maintain healthy habits with the accompaniment of our team. They can then promote such habits to other residents, which would eventually lead to a change in the society. Hence, an environment that is beneficial to the health of the community of subdivided unit residents will be created.
