Health In Action Community Pharmacy is established by Health In Action, a non-profitable organization, and is managed by a group of registered pharmacists. We provide affordable and accessible drugs and medical supplies with personalized consultation services, health talks and public education, with the aim of promoting self-care and medication safety.
- Medication Dispensing and Consultation Service
The pharmacy provides affordable prescription medications (including Health Authority Self-financed items) and non-prescription medications to alleviate financial burden to the patient. Our pharmacist can provide personalised medical and health advice to aid patients and caretakers to better manage their well-being.
- Minor Ailment Management
Our pharmacist provides basic assessment and advice for managing minor ailments (such as colds and flu, gastrointestinal discomfort). Based on the condition, our pharmacists may dispense appropriate medications or refer the case to doctors for further diagnosis and treatments
- Medical Care Products and Consultation Services
The pharmacy provides a variety of medical care products, including blood pressure monitor, blood glucose monitor, spacer, nutritional products and compression stockings, along with professional consultation services from pharmacists.
- Medication Management Service
Our pharmacist provides free medication assessments and consultations services. Together with participants and/or their caregiver(s), we could compile a comprehensive medication list, review your medication therapy (including the indication(s), side effect profile and precaution(s) of each drug) and design action plans to better manage your health and medications.
