Usage instruction:

Measure 190 mL of drinking water at room temperature and pour it into a container

To maintain probiotic activity, the temperature of cooled boiled water must be lower than 45℃ before adding the powder

Standard serving: 190mL of drinking water at room temperature + 7 scoops of powder (approximately 55 g) = 230mL (251 kcal)
