According to informal statistics, over 60% of people had experienced gastrointestinal discomfort, such as diarrhea, constipation, and stomach pain. These symptoms not only affect their studies and work efficiency but also reduce their quality of life. In response, our pharmacy has introduced a Gastrointestinal Support Service starting in 2025 to help people manage their gastrointestinal issues properly and improve their overall health.
Chinese Medicine Practitioner - Pharmacist Talk
Many people choose to use both Chinese medicine and Western medicine to manage their gastrointestinal issues. In this light, our pharmacy has initiated a collaboration with our Chinese medicine practitioner partners from March 2025 to give educational talk from adual-perspective. Chinese medicine practitions and pharmacists explaained the causes and management approaches of digestive disorders from their respective disciplines.
Two workshops were orgnanized and attended by over 100 participants, who gave enthusiastic responses and reported they gained.

Sudden diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, or stomach aches can catch anyone off guard in daily life. To help citizens handle these embarrassing moments, we are proud to introduce our “Gastrointestinal Emergency Pack” starting April 2025, offering a comprehensive solution at an affordable price.
Each pack contains four medications against diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain symptoms, along with detailed usage instructions prepared by our pharmacists. Adults aged 18 or above without medication allergies are welcome to visit our pharmacy to purchase this pack. Be prepared for unexpected digestive issues anytime, anywhere!
