To provide a more convenient and diverse service experience, the newly upgraded official website of Health In Action Community Pharmacy was officially launched in December 2025. The new website introduces three major functional highlights: the launch of an online store shopping service (applicable to selected health products), an easy-to-use product search function, and a comprehensive presentation of pharmacy services and health information. The mobile version of the website has also been simultaneously optimized and updated. This website upgrade signifies our active expansion from offline community services to an online platform, aiming to create a digital window that can meet neighbors’ needs for health information and shopping anytime, anywhere. It represents a crucial step in perfecting our omnichannel health support system.

Launch of Gastrointestinal Support Service
In response to the community’s need for daily health support, our pharmacy officially launched the Gastrointestinal Emergency Pack in April 2025. This pack contains four carefully selected medications designed to provide immediate relief for common issues such as diarrhea, constipation, indigestion, and gastrointestinal cramps. To promote awareness of gastrointestinal health, we simultaneously held the “Stomach & Gut Care” Pharmacy Open Day, featuring a health information booth, interactive game stations, and professional guidance from our pharmacist team. The event attracted over a hundred community members and received an enthusiastic response. This product launch and open day fully demonstrate our commitment to providing practical and accessible community health services. We will continue to develop more health solutions tailored to the needs of our community in the future.
Initiating Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy Collaborative Activities
Since March 2025, we have actively launched the “Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy Collaboration” series, innovatively integrating perspectives from both Chinese and Western medicine to serve community health. We have successfully organized multiple thematic health talks focusing on topics such as gastrointestinal wellness, eczema care, and joint pain management. Each event featured both Chinese medicine practitioners and registered pharmacists sharing their expertise on the same stage, providing cross-disciplinary health solutions for our community—from theory to practice. This series marks a significant milestone in our efforts to promote the exchange of medical knowledge and integrated care. We will continue to introduce more collaborative initiatives in the future, working comprehensively to safeguard the health of our community.
